WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Mike Johanns (R-Neb.) today made the following statement on the Blue Hill school bus accident that killed four and injured four students yesterday afternoon. The bus collided with a tractor-trailer in rural Webster County.
“Stephanie and I want to extend our deepest condolences to all those affected by this horrific accident,” Johanns said. “While words alone are never enough during these difficult times, I hope our prayers along with those of all Nebraskans can provide some comfort to the victims’ families, the injured and the entire Blue Hill community.”
