The team of Toby Alber and Roy Wibben won the annual "No Rules" fishing tournament held at Harlan County Lake Recreation Area Saturday, September 8. The team brought in over 40 pounds of catfish, far out distancing the nearest competitors, the team of Rebecca Kearney and Larry Schriver. The tournament was organized by Rebecca Kearney and there were a number of Blue Hill residents participating.
The tournament began at 7 am and went until weigh in time at 4pm. Two people were on each team. About 9 teams participated Following the conclusion of the tournament a fish fry was held at John Kearney's camp site for all contestants in the tournament with the winners frying up the fish.
