Liquor License Renewals

Pursuant to Section 53-135.01 notice has been given that liquor licenses may be automatically renewed for one year from November 1, 2009 for Carla J. Weiler DBA Blue Hill Tavern, Kevin C. & Donna M. Kort DBA Klancy's Kafe both of Blue Hill, Rose M. Boyd DBA The Rambling Rose of Bladen and Betty J. Wengler DBA Cow Town Saloon of Holstein. Written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of these licenses may be filed by any resident of the city or village in which the business operates on or before August 9, 2009, in the office of the city or village clerk. If three or more such protest are filed a hearing shall be held to determine whether the automatic renewal and or continuation of the license in question shall be allowed.
