Blue Hill Badgers???

No, the school is not considering a mascot change. However, it does appear that the Baseball Park Hill, the hill that connects the south baseball field with the city park, has become the home to more than one burrowing beasts. Although there have been no reported sightings of the new home owners, by the size of the mounds, the most likely culprits would be the fox or the badger. Experts (local rednecks) speculate that the fox is too timid to have create mounds so close to a residential area, leaving the badger looking guilty. We encourage parents, ball players and park participants to exercize caution until our new neighbor has been identified and dealt with as appropriate.
