Funeral Services for Glenmore Krueger

Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Hill on Monday, July 13, for former Blue Hill resident, Glenmore W. Krueger, 81, who died Thursday July 9th at Perkins Pavilion, Good Samaritan Village in Hastings, NE. Glenmore was born September 13, 1927 to Henry and Anna (Farman) Krueger on a farm north of Blue Hill. He attended school in Blue Hill and graduated in 1946, May 8,, 1949 he was united in marriage to Betty Maul. They were privileged to enjoy 60 years together and raised five daughters, Glenda (Shaw) of Blue Hill, Patty (May), Polly (Peters), Lisa (St. John) and Gena (Kyle) all of Hastings. They farmed in the Blue Hill area for many years. After retiring they moved to Hastings in 1994. Glenmore was a life time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Hill and served on many boards and held many offices withing the church. He also sang in the church choir for many years. He especially enjoyed music and played several instruments. He was also an avid woodworker. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Betty, their five daughters and their husbands and many grandchildren as well as other relatives and friends.
