Tim Thramer was the high bidder this morning for the property at 524. W. Gage Street in the downtown district of Blue Hill. Thramer owns and operates Thramer's Food Center which is adjacent to the west of the auctioned parcel. Thramer's high bid was $11,500, a far cry from the $80,000 that the property was originally listed for over four years ago.
