Sex Offender Registry

The Nebraska State Patrol, Sex Ofender Registry Division has provided notice that Lenard Dean Zurcher, a registered level 3 (high risk to reoffend) sex offender has registered his place of residence as 109 W. Saline Street in Blue Hill, Nebraska, on July 27, 2009. This information is being provided to the public pursuant to Nebraska Law Section 29-4013, to protect members of the public from potential harm. The county sheriff's office is aware that this person is in the community. Mr. Zurcher was born on 07-01-1971. He is a white male, approximately 5'11" and170 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Mr. Zurcher was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child F4 in Clay Court District Court on 10-04-1993. Mr. Zurcher has no record of re-offense since that time.
