Agenda for City Council

The Blue Hill City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 7:30 pm at the Blue Hill City Hall for their regular monthly meeting. Included on the agenda are the following items;
  • Call to Order; Aknowledgement of Open Meetings Act; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance; Aknowledgement of Visitors; Approval of October Minutes; Treasurer's Report; Presentation of Bills
  • 8 PM - Hearing on Dangerous Dog Declaration
  • Discussion / Possible Designation of Larry Edgar as Animal Control Authority for the City of Blue Hill with input from Mary Morse, Hastings Police Department, Community Service Officer
  • Update from County Commissioners Meeting of Oct. 20, 2009 Concerning State Statute on Animal Control
  • Olsson Associates -- Clarification on Cass St.: What City Owns & Whaty County Owns / Request & Possible Action to Enter into Inter-Local Agreement with Webster County Roads Department / Possible Approval of Recommendation of Speed Study Conducted at Cass St., West Railway North & South of Blue Hill / Set Date for One & Six Year Plan Hearing
  • Discussion of Disrespectful Comment to Mayor Keri Schunk from Councilmember J. Alber during the October 13, 2009 Regular City Council Meeting and Possible Disciplinary Action
  • Discussion / Possible Approval of Plat, Rezoning and Decision to Annex South Central Second Subdivision based on Recommendation from Planning Commission
  • Discussion / Possible Decision to Annex Koepke Subdivision based on Recommendation from Planning Commission
  • Otoe Street Curb & Gutter Project-Discussion / Update on Response from Second Notice to Options of Payment and Possible Actions
  • Discussion of Past Curb & Gutter Projects Unpaid and Possible Action
  • Review / Possible Acceptance of Computer Quote for City Office From GTMC
  • Discussion of Personnel Comp Time Accrual Policy
  • Discussion of Excel Workshops Available for City Clerk & Deputy Clerk to Attend
  • 15 Minutes Devoted to Anyone Wishing to Comment; Any Correspondence; Any Comments / Concerns from Tax Payers and Interested Persons, Mayor or City Councilmember; City Clerk, or City Administrator
  • Adjournment

I believe that it is absolutley stupid that anyone would think that there should be any ramafactions against a councilman for calling the mayor a name that may or may not have been used a a profanity. What harm did it cause?........NONE, if you dont like what was said suck it up, go one with your life, get a new hobby, she aint that great of a myaor that it should have offened anyone..............

Maybe "Anonymous" should spend a little time with Councilman Alber reading the dictionary.
