ABUSE ALLEGED

From Wednesdays Hastings Daily Tribune A 9-week old Blue Hill girl reportedly was taken to the hospital Saturday as a possible victim of child abuse. The case is under investigation by the Webster County Sheriff’s Office, as the incident reportedly occurred in Blue Hill. No arrests have been made, and Sheriff Troy Schmitz declined to release any further information because of the ongoing investigation. Hastings police assisted in the investigation. According to the report, the child was life-flighted to Omaha Children’s Hospital. Due to child abuse allegations, hospital officials wouldn’t release any information about the girl or her condition.

There is no law enforcement in Webster County, so this is probably the end of this story.

We just had an eight month old baby thrown off a bridge into one of our local creeks here on Friday. Arrested the father......surprise there! I don't know what is wrong with people.

I hope this is just another make believe case and not true. I hope this type of thing is not happening here. God bless little children

Well I just got done reading the Tribune and if you dont get it go buy one as in 2/10 (Wednesday) it tells what you want to know about the infant and the parents.
