Blue Hill resident Carole Lea Henkel, 52, died Saturday, December 5, 2009 at LifeQuest at Belle Amis in Blue Hill.
Carole Lea Henkel was born June 30, 1957.
Memorial Services are 10 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2009, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Hill with Pastor Don Cosson officiating.
Burial will be in Blue Hill Cemetery.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Merten-Butler Mortuary in Blue Hill is in charge of arrangements.
