Hastings resident, Susan M. Kaufman, 64, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.
Memorial Services will be Saturday, January 5, 2013; 10:30 A.M. at Bladen United Methodist Church, Bladen with Pastor Steve Marsh officiating.
Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, Bladen, Nebraska.
Memorials may be given to Bladen United Methodist Church or The Cancer Treatment Center of St. Francis Medical Center.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Susan was born April 19, 1948 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her parents were Gerald "Buck and Ruth (Stempfley) Kral. She graduated from Bladen High School. Susan obtained an Associates of arts degree in accounting technology, computers and accounting from Central Community College in Hastings.
Susan worked as the secretary for Bladen Public Schools.
She moved to Hastings in 1987 and became the executive secretary for T-L Irrigation. She retired
in December 2010. Susan was a member of the Bladen United Methodist Church.
Susan was preceded in death by her father, Buck Kral.
