Blue Hill residents are encouraged to attend the unveiling of the Community Needs Assessment Survey results, Tuesday, November 27, at the Blue Hill Community Senior Center. A free meal will be offered at 5:30 with the presentation beginning at 6:30. The presentation will be followed by community priority selection, project design, and task force establishment to ensure Blue Hill’s progress in the next decade.
This survey was conducted by a partnership of the Blue Hill City Council, Blue Hill Community Club, and Blue Hill Community Schools, along with the South Central Economic Development District (SCEDD). According to Sharon Hueftle, Executive Director of SCEDD, “The response to this survey was incredible; preliminary results indicate nearly 90% of community residents returned their surveys! We are eager to share the results and assist Blue Hill in shaping their future. I hope every resident will make it a priority to attend.”
