BLUE HILL - A friday fundraiser here will benefit a Rosemont man facing medical expences.
Proceeds from the ice cream social will help Rodney Rose, who suffered a stroke. Hours are 7 to 9 p.m. at the Blue Hill Community/Senior center. A free-will offering will be received and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans willprovide supplemental funding.
Organizer Connie Johnson said ice cream will be served and a variety of toppings will be available for make your own sundaes. Other desserts will be available also.
Those who attend the social are encouraged to stay after wards and play cards.
