The auction will be conducted at the Guide Rock Community Center Gymnasium, 120 W. Douglas, Guide Rock, Nebraska.
Legal Description: Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Three North (T3N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6^th P.M., Webster County, Nebraska, 160 acres more or less.

Location: From the intersection of US Hwy 4 & 78 go 6 miles south to Q Road, then 1 ½ miles east.
