With a score of 42 to 33 the Blue Hill girls basketball team took the consolation game over Cozad in the second day of play in the Sandy Creek Holiday Tournament Thursday. First place in the tournament went to the host team, Sandy Creek with Wood River placing second.
Sara Alber led the Blue Hill team in scoring with 12 points followed by Kaitlin Kumke with 10 points. Blue Hill now has a 4-4 record for the year. Others adding points to the score were Alissa Overy 7, Emily Harrifeld 5, April Faimon 4, Maci Coffey 1, and Kelsey Karr 3.
